Walking is great for your health and puts a spring in your step. Anyone can turn up and join in, it’s free, fun and friendly. The walks, led by volunteers, start from Lords Meadow Leisure Centre and take place every other week on Friday mornings, in and around Crediton. There are also walks from Bow every Tuesday morning.
The walks are Grade 3, which means they may include steeper slopes, steps, uneven surfaces and stiles.
Take a leisurely walk whilst enjoying the beautiful scenery and meet like-minded people.
The Crediton walks start at 10.00 prompt, so we ask new walkers to arrive at 9.45 and regular walkers to arrive at 9.50.For more information about the Crediton and Bow walks please contact the West Bank walks coordinator Claire Ridge on 01392 824792
