We’re currently providing online Tai Chi classes for our regular students and Qi Gong classes for beginners.
Qi Gong is a wonderful practice of exercises for robust health, strength, balance, co-ordination and relaxation. We focus on combining and co-ordinating movement and breath. It is suitable for complete beginners.
The class is held via zoom on Wednesdays 11.00am-11.45am and costs just £3.00, payable via online banking or PayPal.
